Hi,

I’m Paola, founder of Terranova Recruitment & Commercial Consulting. After 15 years leading commercial strategy at companies like Zara, Riachuelo, iFood, and others, I made a bold move: I left the traditional corporate world, where I held senior roles as Commercial Head, to start my own consultancy — one built around agility, clarity, and action.

Terranova was born to close a real gap in the market: companies needed tailored hiring solutions, built with business logic and operational understanding — not just CVs. Recruiting full sales teams of 5, 10, or even more people is a growing challenge that most firms struggle to solve. We do it differently: with structure, speed, and strategic focus.

Today, I live between long stretches in Brazil and New Zealand, working without a fixed base and staying deeply connected to both markets. My routine blends international recruitment and commercial consulting — helping foreign companies hire exceptional Brazilian talent, and supporting Brazilian businesses with strategic guidance to scale their sales operations.

In the technology, delivery, renewable energy, and judicial assets sectors, I built commercial departments from the ground up. I designed scalable pipelines, structured CRM strategies, implemented data-driven KPIs, and led the adoption of platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Notion to boost performance and revenue.
